To return a Cardo product that you have purchased via our online store for a refund, please contact our support center web store within seven days from the day of purchase.
NOTE: The above refund policy applies only to products purchased via our online store and not via any other channel or store. Also, if your product has been damaged in transit it must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. You must also mark accordingly the carrier’s proof of delivery. No claims will be accepted if you fail to meet these requirements.
